Check for file size and date modified before you go ahead and delete duplicate files. Press (Shift + Delete) keys to permanently delete duplicate files.

Step 1. Press (Win + E) to open Windows Explorer.

Step 2. Click on the Pictures folder in the left-hand side panel.
